A Bill to provide for the better organization and development of educational institutions in the state.
Preamble.-WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to provide for the development and better organization of educational institutions in the State providing a varied and comprehensive educational service throughout the State;
Be it enacted in the Eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
